Target Delivery System (TDS)

Designed and reviewed mission-critical components installed in Darlington Nuclear Power Plant, as part of their Target Delivery System (TDS) which generates novel Mo-99 radioisotopes for life-saving medical treatments.

Universal Testing Machine

Low-cost Univesal Testing Machine designed for 3D printing startup which sought to test novel polymer compositions intended for high-strength engineering applications using FDM.

Micro Injection-Molding Machine

Custom two-stage, semi-automatic micromolder with interchangeable molds designed to process high-value pharmaceutical polymers.

Compression Molding

High precision compression mold developed for pharmaceutical R&D; unique temperature-sensitive and ultra high-cost polymers demanded exceptional temperature control and uniform wall thickness (<0.0005″ variation)

Rapid prototyping of ultra-low cost post-operative rehabilitation equipment.

Large Scale Market Analysis

Designed, executed, analysed, and reported on a survey designed for Middlesex County Economic Development. Reports were provided to all municipalities which provided critical insights as to where councillors should focus future investment and economic policy, based on feedback from their constituents.

I have been exceptionally well trained in collecting and deciphering information and utilising it to develop the best possible course of action. Whether it be in materials engineering, injection molding tool design, human performance training, nuclear failure modes and effects analyses, or best practices in the pharmaceutical industry, I pride myself in my ability to identify and resolve problems as well as exploit them as opportunities for improvement.
